Crafted from 100% premium Indica rice and fermented with indigenous black Koji, this rare spirit rests for a minimum of 15 years in a meticulously curated combination of ex-Sherry, ex-Bourbon, and American White Oak casks. The warm, humid climate of the Ryukyu Islands vigorously accelerates the interaction between the spirit and the wood, seamlessly weaving together the distinct characteristics of each barrel type. The result is an incredibly silky, multi-layered whisky that harmonizes the natural, floral sweetness of the rice with profound, rich notes of dried fruit and chocolate.
