A savoury gin five years in the making, distilled with three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from Victoria's Cobram Estate, with rosemary, bay leaf, macadamia nut and lemon myrtle rounding it out. A pleasant nutty olive oil note and subtle salinity linger on the finish — best in a Martini, garnished with an olive.
