Description

A bright, aromatic dry gin made with locally grown yuzu, bringing a blend of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit aromatics, with finger lime adding deeper citrus character. Ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha — a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice — add warmth and depth throughout. Best served as a highball with soda and a citrus garnish.
